Meet Our Team

Rebecca Di Bartolomeo

Director & Psychologist, Sage Psychology

  • Sage is led by Rebecca Di Bartolomeo, an experienced psychologist and mother of two. With extensive experience across both the school system and private practice, Rebecca has carved a niche in education and developmental psychology, supporting children, adolescents, parents, and families to thrive.

Rebecca has a special interest in working with individuals with ADHD and currently co-facilitates the May Health ADHD Program—an eight-week program providing psychoeducation and practical strategies to adults diagnosed with ADHD.

She is also passionate about supporting women through infertility, perinatal, and postnatal life stages, as well as offering parenting and attachment support to strengthen family relationships.

With a friendly, supportive, and empathic temperament, Rebecca prides herself on creating a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. Her broad skill set spans child and adult mental health concerns, complex disability support (including developmental delays), family therapy, social skills development, educational and developmental assessments, and parent–child relationship support, as well as perinatal, gestational, and postnatal care.

Natalie Wilkinson

  • Natalie is a Provisionally Registered Psychologist currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at ISN University. She also holds a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours).

For the past five years, Natalie has worked with children, adolescents, and families across private practice, early intervention, and NDIS-funded services. Before starting her clinical master’s, she supported children as a Behaviour Therapist and Behaviour Support Practitioner, developing individualised behaviour support plans and working closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to create consistent and practical strategies. She has provided support in children’s homes and schools to facilitate meaningful and easy to apply interventions.

Natalie has a warm, gentle, and flexible approach. She enjoys working with families and schools to help children build emotional regulation skills, confidence, and positive relationships.
