Open Positions

Registered or Clinical Psychologists

    • Are fully registered ( AHPRA) with a provider number and ABN (or willing to obtain them).

    • Are committed to the ethical, evidence-based, client-centred work that Sage Psychology is known for.

    • Have experience or interest in working with children and/or adolescents—but also comfortable supporting adult clients.

    • Value teamwork, ongoing learning and collaboration.

    • Training or experience in neurodevelopmental presentations, family work, or complex adult presentations.

    • Experience working in private practice, with established referral pathways.

    • Comfort and skill in working with a diverse range of clients (ages, presentations, backgrounds).

    • Immediate access to a caseload; clients are waiting and ready to be matched.

    • Beautifully appointed therapy rooms, modern technology and resources to do your best work.

    • Marketing and referral support to grow your practice presence in the community.

Medical Receptionist - Administration & Client Support Role

  • We are seeking a friendly, organised and client-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist (Administration & Client Support). In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to coordinate appointments, manage the clinic environment, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day practice life. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our clinicians, our clients, and our practice culture.

    • Greet clients in the clinic and manage incoming calls and emails in a warm, professional manner.

    • Schedule, confirm and manage client appointments using practice software; process payments and manage Medicare rebates/insurance claims (or equivalent billing processes).

    • Support client intake and on-boarding: liaise with clients prior to first appointments, ensure all required documentation is completed, match clients with appropriate clinicians where required.

    • Maintain accurate client records, file management, document handling, confidentiality and data integrity.

    • Support clinicians by coordinating bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and working collaboratively with them on client flow.

    • Day-to-day administration tasks: inbox management, supply ordering, maintaining a welcoming and tidy clinic space, opening/closing routines, light general housekeeping.

    • Multitask across responsibilities while maintaining calm, professional, compassionate client interactions.

    • Prior reception or administrative experience (medical reception or allied health setting is highly desirable).

    • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new practice management software.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; warm, engaging and professional client-facing manner.

    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, work autonomously and be a reliable team-player.

    • High ethical standards, respect for client confidentiality and a calm, compassionate demeanour.

    • Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week, with the possibility to expand days over time.

    • Be part of a close-knit, supportive team culture in a boutique, modern clinic environment.

    • Direct client care experience in a meaningful, people-centred role.

    • Opportunity to grow your skills in allied-health administration, client intake and support.
